connects EnerG to utility providers so statements, accounts, and meters sync without manual exports. Add the integration once at the portfolio level, then open Arcadia from Building data sources to assign meters and accounts to each site.

Add the Arcadia data source (portfolio)

You add Arcadia once per portfolio before you manage credentials or map meters at the building level.

Open Data Sources

In the portfolio left sidebar, click Data Sources. The page shows integrated data source cards and an All Data Sources list.

Add the source

Click + Add Data Source. Select ARCADIA in the API dropdown. Enter Credentials, Client Id, and Client Secret from your Arcadia account, then click Confirm.

The Arcadia source appears as a Utility Hub card with an Arcadia badge after creation.

Open Arcadia from the building view

After portfolio setup, manage Arcadia for one building from the building Data Sources menu.

Select a building

From Portfolio Home, open a building in the building view.

Open Arcadia

Expand Data Sources in the left sidebar. Under All Data Sources, click Arcadia (or Utility Hub when labeled that way).
The Arcadia detail page shows five tabs: Bills, Credentials, Meters, Accounts, and Statements. Use them to upload bills, connect provider logins, and link discovered meters and accounts to the building.
Validate username and password on the utility provider portal before you enter them in EnerG. Invalid credentials delay collection until you fix them.

Bills tab

Upload PDF utility bills when you need data that is not yet available from automated collection.

Click + Add Bills to drag PDFs into the upload area. OCR extraction can take several hours. Assign processed bills to buildings when Buildings shows Unassigned.

Credentials tab

Add provider login credentials so Arcadia can retrieve statements and discover accounts.

Add a credential

Click Add Credentials

On the Credentials tab, click + Add Credentials.

Choose a provider

In Search Providers, find and select the utility, such as City of Crystal Lake, Illinois.

Enter login details

Confirm the provider portal, then enter Username and Password. Use Open Provider Portal when you need to verify the login page.

Click Submit. Arcadia downloads available statements. Processing can take a few hours to one day depending on the provider.

Meters tab

Review discovered meters and assign them to the building.

The table lists each discovered meter with its level, service type, unit, account, and provider. For column definitions, see Meter table columns. For service type groups, see Service types. Click Assign Meters to link meters to the open building.

Search meters, select checkboxes for meters that belong to the building, then click Submit. Meters appear on Building meters after assignment and processing.

Accounts tab

Review utility accounts discovered from credentials.

Click + Add Accounts to link accounts to the building.

Select accounts with CONNECTION_SUCCESS when possible, then click Submit.

Statements tab

Browse bills Arcadia retrieved from connected providers. Use this tab to download statements for audits or cost review.
