Service types

Service types describe what flows through a meter. EnerG groups them into energy, water, and waste for portfolio totals.

Energy

Chilled Water, Coal, Coke, Diesel, District Chilled Water, District Heat, District Hot Water, District Steam, Electric, Electric on Site Solar, Electric on Site Wind, Fuel Oil, Kerosene, Lighting, Natural Gas, Other (Energy), Propane, Steam

Water

Irrigation, Municipally Supplied Potable Water (Indoor, Outdoor, Mixed), Municipally Supplied Reclaimed Water (Indoor, Outdoor, Mixed), Other (Indoor, Outdoor, Mixed), Water

Waste

Common streams include Trash, Mixed Recyclables, Cardboard / Corrugated Containers, Food / Food Scraps, Compostable - Mixed / Other, Electronics, Glass, Paper (Mixed, Books, Copy Paper), Plastics (Mixed, Wrap / Film), Batteries, Grass / Yard Trimmings, Fats / Oils / Grease, Building Materials (Carpet, Steel, Concrete, Wood, Mixed), Lamps / Light Bulbs, Office Supplies, Pallets, Regulated Medical Waste, and Other. Additional service types can be added by request after product review.

The Data Table appears on portfolio and building energy and water dashboards and on each meter’s detail view. It has two tabs over the same data.
