Launchpad Availability
Launchpad is available to two organization types, channel partners and clients. Each has a distinct role in the KODE ecosystem and access to different capabilities within the platform.Channel Partners
A channel partner is a reseller that delivers KODE products to client organizations. In Launchpad, channel partners:- Create and manage client organizations
- Enable products for the buildings under those clients
- Add and manage users who work on behalf of the channel partner
Client Organizations
A client organization manages a portfolio of buildings and receives KODE products through its channel partner. In Launchpad, client organizations:- Add and manage buildings in their portfolio
- Add and manage service accounts
- Add and manage users who work on behalf of the client organization
