Launchpad is the central management hub for the KODE ecosystem. From it, you provision products, control access, and assign roles across your organization and the organizations you serve.

Launchpad Availability

Launchpad is available to two organization types, channel partners and clients. Each has a distinct role in the KODE ecosystem and access to different capabilities within the platform.

Channel Partners

A channel partner is a reseller that delivers KODE products to client organizations. In Launchpad, channel partners:
  • Create and manage client organizations
  • Enable products for the buildings under those clients
  • Add and manage users who work on behalf of the channel partner

Client Organizations

A client organization manages a portfolio of buildings and receives KODE products through its channel partner. In Launchpad, client organizations:
  • Add and manage buildings in their portfolio
  • Add and manage service accounts
  • Add and manage users who work on behalf of the client organization
