Use FDD Events for real-time triage while you are on site. An event is one FDD finding on a device. An incident groups related events under one ID so you can see shared impact. Events match Events on the web.

Triage an event

Open FDD Events

Select FDD Events from the building app launcher.

Narrow the list

Tap the header filter icon for area, priority, and date chips such as Last 7 Days. Use the history icon to refresh when streaming is enabled for your site.

Open a row

Tap an event for a quick summary sheet, then Event Details for the full page.

Acknowledge and investigate

Acknowledge when you are assigned. Use Points Trend to see sensor history, add comments, or create a work order when needed.

Choose a view

The header dropdown switches list and dashboard modes:

On the list screen, switch between Events and Incidents with the tabs under the header.

The full event page includes metadata, diagnostics, and actions.

Select points on the device, then open Trends View to compare commands and sensors over time.

Lists work orders linked to the event. Tap Create Work Order to open the create form when none exist yet.

Add notes for your team in the comment thread.

Acknowledge events from Unacknowledged on the main event page when you are assigned to the event’s notification policy. If the control is unavailable, confirm your account or role is listed in the policy Notify step.

FDD Reports from a device

Open FDD from the device More menu (or from an area). FDD Reports lists events and alarms for that equipment.
Active lists events and alarms that are currently open on the device.

Each row shows the fault name and occurrence window. Tap a row to open the summary sheet, then Event Details.
