finds equipment problems from sensor data and rules, not only from simple instantaneous alarms. On mobile, FDD uses two building apps that match FDD on the web:
  • FDD Events — live events, grouped incidents, and analytics dashboards
  • FDD Faults — fault records for a rule on a device over time

Which screen should you open?

Events are individual findings in the stream. Incidents group related events under one ID. Faults summarize how often a routine fires on a device and how long it stays open.

Portfolio context

Historical dashboards may show a Portfolio sheet when you are scoped to all sites. Select All Sites to change portfolio filters, or Switch Site in building modules to focus on one property.
