Completion policies define the requirements that must be met before a work order can be completed or closed. They enforce process rules such as completing tasks, logging time, adding notes, attaching files, or creating follow up work, ensuring that closures align with operational standards.

Configuration

Toggle on completion policies for completing and closing work orders.
You can override completion policies defined at the portfolio-level in the completion policies page for a specific building.

Ensure all tasks are either completed or marked as not applicable before the work order can be completed.

Ensure work hours are logged before the work order can be completed.

Ensure a follow-up work order is created if any task is marked as Action Needed before the work order can be completed.
