In AssetOps, you can create and manage scheduled work orders from the building-level through the Schedules section. Scheduled work orders support preventive maintenance and inspections, ensuring that recurring upkeep and inspection tasks are performed consistently and on time. When configuring a schedule, you select one of three Schedule Type options. Each option aligns with a specific planning approach and determines how the work order timing is defined.
  • Just Once – Creates a single scheduled occurrence.
  • Recurrent – Creates repeating schedules at defined intervals.
  • On Demand – Defines schedules that can be triggered as needed.
