Account Activation
When an administrator adds you to an organization, you receive an email invitation with an activation link. Complete the following steps to set up your account.1
Open invitation email
Locate the invitation email in your inbox and click the activation link. The password setup page appears.

Set password
Enter a password that meets your organization’s security requirements, then confirm it by entering it a second time.

Complete activation
Click Save to finalize your account setup. You can now sign in to your workspace.
If the activation link has expired, go to your workspace sign-in page, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address to receive a new reset link.
Workspaces
A workspace is a dedicated Launchpad environment assigned to your organization. It serves as the central location where you manage users, applications, settings, and all other resources tied to that organization.Find Your Workspace
Every workspace has a unique address that follows this format:Contact your administrator if you don’t know your workspace address.
Sign-In to Your Workspace

Go to workspace URL
Open your browser and go to your workspace address (for example,
yourorganizationname.kodelabs.com).2
Enter credentials
In the Email field, enter your email address. In the Password field, enter your password.

Sign in
Click Login with Email. If you belong to multiple organizations, select the desired workspace from the list that appears. The Launchpad Home page loads after you make your selection.
Password Procedures
Use the appropriate process below depending on whether you’ve forgotten your password or want to update it while signed in.- Forgot password
- Reset password
Use this process if you can’t remember your current password and need to create a new one.

Open sign-in page
Navigate to your workspace URL in a browser.

Request reset link
On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password, enter your email address, and submit the request.

Reset password
Open the password reset email, click the reset link, and set a new password. After saving, return to the sign-in page and log in with your updated credentials.
Enable 2FA
Launchpad supports two-factor authentication (2FA) through the Security Settings. Adding 2FA provides an extra layer of protection during sign-in. Two methods are available.- App method
- SMS method
Use a third-party authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) to generate time-based verification codes.

Open user profile
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of Launchpad.

Open the Account page
Select Manage Account to open the Account page.

Start authenticator setup
In the Two-factor authentication section, click Authenticator App.

Open your authenticator app
On your phone, open your preferred authenticator app, or install one such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.

Begin setup in the app
In the app, select Begin Setup and then Scan Barcode to open your camera. Alternatively, enter the setup key displayed on your computer if your app supports it.

Scan the QR code
Point your phone’s camera at the QR code on your computer screen. The app will add the account and display a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds.

Enter the code and enable 2FA
Enter the current 6-digit code from the app in Launchpad and click Enable.
