> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://documentation.kodelabs.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Events on mobile > Filter, acknowledge, and investigate FDD events and incidents from the KODE OS mobile app. Use `FDD Events` for real-time triage while you are on site. An **event** is one FDD finding on a device. An **incident** groups related events under one ID so you can see shared impact. Events match [Events](/products/fdd/events) on the web. ## Triage an event Select `FDD Events` from the building app launcher. Tap the header `filter` icon for area, priority, and date chips such as `Last 7 Days`. Use the `history` icon to refresh when streaming is enabled for your site. Tap an event for a quick summary sheet, then `Event Details` for the full page. Acknowledge when you are assigned. Use `Points Trend` to see sensor history, add comments, or create a work order when needed. ## Choose a view The header dropdown switches list and dashboard modes:

Each row shows: | Element | Description | | ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | | Routine title | Fault name (for example, `Damper Fully Open for Long Periods`) | | Alert badge | Priority such as `Alert` | | Status | `Active` or duration (for example, `5 minutes`) | | Device link | Equipment path such as `VAV_303` | Tap a row to open a quick summary sheet, then `Event Details`.

Use the **section** dropdown below the event title to switch panels. Shows status, duration, and the routine description (`Show more` expands the full text).

Select points on the device, then open `Trends View` to compare commands and sensors over time.

Lists work orders linked to the event. Tap `Create Work Order` to open the create form when none exist yet.

Acknowledge events from `Unacknowledged` on the main event page when you are assigned to the event's notification policy. If the control is unavailable, confirm your account or role is listed in the policy `Notify` step.

## FDD Reports from a device Open `FDD` from the [device](/products/mobile-app/building/devices#device-menu) `More` menu (or from an [area](/products/mobile-app/building/areas)). `FDD Reports` lists events and alarms for that equipment. `Active` lists events and alarms that are currently open on the device.

Each row shows the fault name and occurrence window.
