> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://documentation.kodelabs.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Portfolio targets > Create and track sustainability reduction targets across your portfolio in EnerG Define and monitor portfolio-level reduction targets in the [portfolio view](/products/energ/get-started/navigation#portfolio-view). Click `Target` in the left sidebar to open the targets list and dashboards. For target progress at one site, open the [building view](/products/energ/get-started/navigation#building-view) and select **Target** under **Dashboards** > **Energy** on the [Building Energy dashboard](/products/energ/analytics/building-dashboards-energy#target). ## Navigate to portfolio targets Click `Target` in the portfolio left sidebar. The page lists active and historical reduction goals. ## Create a portfolio target On the `Target` page, click the create button to open the three-step `Target Information` wizard. In step 1 (`Target Setup`), enter a `Target Name` and optional `Description`. Configure **Service Type**, **Target Type**, **Metric Category**, and the **Baseline** date range. In step 3 (`Building Assessment`), choose `Apply to Entire Portfolio` or `Apply to Specific Buildings`. Target Information wizard step 3 showing Building Assessment with Apply to Specific Buildings selected

Click `Submit`. The target appears in the portfolio list and begins tracking. ## Choose a reduction method Targets support annual, compounding, and custom-milestone reductions. For how each method applies your goal against the baseline, see [target calculation methods](/products/energ/reference/calculations-and-parameters#target-methods). ## Read portfolio target dashboards The portfolio view lists all active targets with unit conversions when they apply. Click any target to open charts that compare actual consumption to target and baseline lines.
