# Schedules

> Building-level scheduling for recurring maintenance in AssetOps

In AssetOps, you can create and manage [scheduled work orders](/products/assetops/quickstart/work-orders#scheduled-work-orders) from the [building-level](/products/assetops/quickstart/usage-workflow#building-level) through the **Schedules** section.

Scheduled work orders support preventive maintenance and inspections, ensuring that recurring upkeep and inspection tasks are performed consistently and on time.

When configuring a schedule, you select one of three **Schedule Type** options. Each option aligns with a specific planning approach and determines how the work order timing is defined.

* **Just Once** – Creates a single scheduled occurrence.
* **Recurrent** – Creates repeating schedules at defined intervals.
* **On Demand** – Defines schedules that can be triggered as needed.
