# Portfolio-Wide Settings

> Portfolio-level settings and configuration for AssetOps

In AssetOps, settings are defined at the [portfolio-level](/products/assetops/quickstart/usage-workflow#portfolio-level) and apply across all buildings within your portfolio. This ensures consistency in how the platform is configured and used across your organization.

Within settings, you can configure **notifications** and **completion policies**, allowing you to control how users are informed about activity and how work orders are completed and validated.
